Our pricing approach
We offer a free property survey to assess your unique cleaning requirements. Based on this survey, we use a 4-tier risk-based all inclusive modifier system approach to provide a fixed-fee quote, which will include travel, PPE & equipment overheads and waste disposal, this is scaled according to the hazard and level of risk. Our pricing is designed to reflect the expertise and safety measures needed for each project.

How Your Fixed Quote is Calculated
To keep our pricing completely transparent, our baseline labour costs are calculated at a professional rate of £15 to £30 per hour per staff member. During your free, no-obligation survey, this baseline is combined with your property's specific Risk Tier Modifier (Tiers 1–4). This modifier combines all necessary overheads—including specialist PPE, industrial chemical treatments, travel diesel, and commercial tipping fees—into one single, easy-to-understand fixed project price*.
